1. Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. The selection of expedited shipping options will not affect the processing time of your order. Plan your purchases accordingly.

4. Liability for Delivered Packages: OSIS STUDIO is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the specified address. Please ensure that you have provided a safe and accurate delivery location.

1. Return Period: Items must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier or returned to a store within 21 days from the delivery date. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. For orders shipped in multiple shipments, each shipment's return eligibility will be determined by its individual delivery date.
